It was time to refresh my basic wardrobe! I’ve had my chunky white sneakers from Adidas for at least three years now, and since I’ve been wearing them almost daily, they were starting to look pretty worn out. So, for my birthday, I asked my hubby to get me the Veja sneakers I’ve had my eye on for a while.

Veja sneakers come in multiple color options, and the pair I was eyeing had a mix of colorful yet neutral tones like green and blue. I thought the green would pair perfectly with jeans or any colorful dresses I own. As I experimented with colors, I realized that green is actually a very versatile color, and I’ve come to really appreciate it. I’ve been wearing these shoes daily for a few weeks now, and I’m happy to report that they were definitely a great purchase! While they’re pricey for sneakers, they’re totally worth it since I’ll be wearing them a thousand times in the future!
