Last year, she met Santa for the first time and totally lost it—screaming and crying. I was hoping for a cute, happy picture, but the crying one ended up being just as real, and I actually love it as a memory! This year, though, to my surprise, she was all smiles when she saw Santa! Before we went to the mall, I explained who Santa is, and I’m not sure how much she understood, but she was all grins and did so well! Watching her talk to and hug Santa was such a wholesome moment—it totally melted my heart 🙂 That memory will live in my brain rent-free forever!
