Peach Yogurt Popsicle

Summer is here! It has been so hot and Katya’s been teething again, so I decided to make easy-peasy popsicles for my family. Katya loves fruit yogurt drinks, so I knew this peach yogurt popsicle recipe would be perfect for her. This is so easy that it would be so fun to make it with little kids. They could help you by pushing a button on a blender or pouring them into the popsicle molds. There are so many ways you can arrange this recipe; you can change peach for other fruits, use fresh fruits instead, add oat milk for more creaminess, and even add champagne to make bellini popsicle! Possibility is endless! Check out the ingredients and instructions below!

INGREDIENTS

1: Frozen peaches (3 cups / 450g)

2: Vanilla Greek yogurt (1 cup)

3: Honey (3 tablespoons)

STEP BY STEP – 4 hours to overnight

1: Toss all 3 ingredients (frozen peaches, vanilla Greek yogurt, and honey) into a blender till smooth consistency.

2: Pour the yumminess into popsicle molds then cover with the lid. I still had some left over, so I also put some in the dessert dish.

3: Push popsicle sticks into each slot. Make sure to leave half to 1/3 of stick out mold for easy grab.

4: Place the popsicle mold in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours to overnight. And voilà! It’s ready to serve!!

* For easy popsicle removal, dip 3/4th of mold in a bowl filled with warm water. Let the mold sit for 30 seconds to loosen the popsicle.

Enjoy this yummy treat to cool down in hot summer day 😉

Happy cooking
