All Hail the Queenie!

Today, I want to share my personal favorite Halloween outfit that Katya wore this year! I always adore babies dressing up as elderly people, and I thought if I could dress Katya as any of them, I would choose HM the Queen. Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal family in England are not familiar to Americans, but as I am from Japan where we have a royal family, I feel closer to England in that respect.

I admire the Queen since she is such an icon who represents strength and wisdom to me 😉 After she passed away, I rediscovered my fond feelings towards the monarchy and started to binge watch documentaries about it 🙂 I would love to one day visit England and find out more about the culture and their way of living! So here is to honoring Queenie in my own way! Hope you enjoyed this look!

Side note, this colonial wig turned out perfect for the look! I was worried if the size was too big, but it was a great fit. And as long as you don’t take a picture from behind, you won’t see the pony tail hehe.
