25 Nov Katya’s First Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to you all! So many things to be thankful this year. We bought our first home and welcomed our first baby this year. We both got promoted at our jobs, and it has been very rewarding year for us. Of course, every year we experience some high and low moments, but overall, this year was great for us 🙂 So blessed!

However, this year’s Thanksgiving looks very different since Erik’s family moved to Idaho. Because we also have less than a month old daughter on our hands, we decided to spend our Thanksgiving with just 3 of us this year. No turkey or family gathering this year, yet we spent great day chilling all day. We walked around using our baby stroller for the first time and watched football games.

BTW, about Katya’s outfit, I am totally obsessed with how cute she looks in the turkey beanie. I love my little turkey to death 😉 For Katya’s outfit, my current favorite place to shop is Etsy. They have one of a kind adorable outfit for every occasion. Also, since Katya is still wearing premie size which is hard to find in store, Etsy comes in very handy. Only downside is that shipping takes long time unlike Amazon due to their handmade nature. Even though I am a procrastinator, it requires me to plan the outfit in advance.

After Thanksgiving is over, I will be in full gear for Christmas decoration, and I’m so excited for it! But for now, I wish you guys a very happy Thanksgiving with your loved ones!
