Wrapped in Rainbow

Hello my fabulous friend! How are you? I am little sad because given the current situation, it is hard for me to go back to Japan. I was looking forward to finally going home and meeting family and friends. I was aiming for beautiful fall season, but I guess I will postpone till spring. Unless I have to, I wouldn’t go home during summer and winter. It is too hot and humid during summer that I would be miserable. Winter is way too cold, and it takes many suitcases due to thick clothes that I have to pack. Also, we still haven’t been on Honeymoon. I hope 2021 would be the year for travel!

Colorful outfit today! This is probably one of my very unique outfits that I have. The skirt is pretty straight forward but the top is a bit complicated due to being just a long piece of fabric. To wear the top, you have to wrap that around on body. There are many ways we can wrap this, and it took me some time to be able to wear it. It had to be tight and secure enough so that I won’t flash someone accidently. Even when I manage to secure my girls, it was hard to make it look pretty. I wanted to showcase the rainbow well, so I had to strategize how to wrap. Also, this is made with super light material, so I felt that I wasn’t wearing anything. It took some courage because I felt bare on the top part. But being bold sometime is refreshing. In the end, I think it was worth the try. Looking at the colorfulness gives me so much joy. This is definitely my happy outfit 🙂
