09 Aug Dolce & Gabbana Lemon Sicily Bag

You know the famous saying by the wise? When life gives you lemon patterns, buy them all!! So, I did!

This is a long time coming. Finally, I get to call this beautiful bag mine. Truly a dream come true! I have been searching for this bag for three years because when this came out (I think in 2016), I couldn’t get my hands on it. I regularly scrolled thru pre-loved site like, Vestiaire Collective, The RealReal, Tradesy, Poshmark and so on. In the end, I got this bag from a girl from England on Depop. I found good amount of Sicily bag over the years. Some were too overpriced as pre-loved, and others didn’t ship it to US. Even when I found reasonable one, it was in fair condition or wrong size for my liking. I wanted to get one in excellent condition as well as in small size. From what I know, there are 3 sizes in lemon pattern Sicily bag.  The smallest one is wallet in chain type. There is one in small size and one size bigger which I call it medium size. Reason why I call the biggest lemon print Sicily bag a medium size is because Sicily bag in general has bigger size than that. 

Sicily bag to me is so perfect. I love a top handle bag, and the shape of it is very lady like. Now I own three Sicily bags, and this is so obvious how much I love my Sicily haha. My two other Sicily bags are in medium size, and I like both medium and small size. I got the small size for lemon one because if I got it in medium, I thought it would be too overpowering for outfit that I would want to wear with. I really recommend Sicily bag. They have so many color and patterns available. I am sure you can find your favorite one. I myself have one more Sicily bag in my wish list. When I get the last one, I maybe post my Sicily bag collection 🙂

Back to talking about this piece of art, lemon print is something that always come back for spring and summer season. Even though It was such a big thing 4 years ago and not a big trend as before, people still enjoy this print. I can see lemon pattern in many retailers’ clothing and dinning ware. I cannot say enough about how much I love lemon print haha. When I carry this bag, it is like I am carrying a painting. This is just so breathtaking and forever my favorite summer bag 😉 One thing I am scared of this bag is color transfer from dark jeans. Does anybody know if this is the case with the bag? Since this is a light color bag, I am worried any friction with dark material. I am literally babying this bag whenever I wear it lol. Anyways, I cannot wait to wear this with more summery outfits!
