28 Jun Bow × Bow
Hey guys! Almost July and still not out of quarantine! This is crazy! I cannot wait for the day I can go to shopping mall. Looking at this picture, I am also missing San Francisco. SF is not my favorite city because it is pretty filthy and scary with my standard. However, they offer such a beautiful scenery and have many iconic places. This outfit was taken near the famous Pier 39 which I love their little shopping and restaurant area. I think I like any places near water that has delicious food and shops. Even though I am no longer a tourist, I like to go there to check out souvenir shop and buy very SF stuff. I used to buy a lot of seashells every time I went there and displayed in my bathroom. I threw them all when I moved because they were covered with dust and impossible to clean haha.
This outfit was inspired by iconic Chanel tweed. When I saw this dress at Zara, entire outfit came to my mind and had to buy this dress. Bow at neck area is very girly without being junior, and overall, I think this dress is classy. Because I was inspired by Chanel, I added channel ribbon in my hair. The ribbon is very subtle with “channel” text. I like this double bow outfit. What do you think? One thing about this dress that I wasn’t 100% sure was the length. This is quite short for me, and it was out of my comfort zone. My legs are not my best feature, so I think I look better with dress that is longer than knee length. However, this dress was too cute that I couldn’t pass. Sadly, I put this dress in washing machine and dryer that it got smaller. I was devastated with the even shorter length, but it is too cute not to wear. This is definitely not my mother-approval-length haha.
Outfit detail: Ivory dress with a bow from ZARA (similar here, here, here, and here), Black laser cut top handle bag from Dolce & Gabbana (similar here), Black strappy heels from ALDO (similar here), Black ribbon from Chanel (similar here), Gold knot earrings from Nordstrom (similar here).
To double bow look!
