My birthday is in a week and I am very excited for that! This year, unfortunately my birthday is on Monday (worst day of the week in my opinion), so I don’t have anything planned. I will probably stay in after work and watch my favorite show till fall asleep. I am not complaining about that because I am more of an indoor type than outdoor. I don’t like to drink, so I rarely go out to parties. To me I have a very simple yet satisfying birthday plan. How do you guys usually celebrate your birthday? I used to have a big dinner planned with my sorority sisters, but now that we are older have responsibilities, it gets harder to meet up. Adulting is hard! If I could go to brunch or coffee date with my close friends, it is always an amazing time! With my husband, he usually takes me out on dinner on the day of or around my birthday. I don’t know about you, but I don’t really mix my husband and friends in birthday celebration. I plan separate events for different groups of my friends, like one bday dinner with my husband, one with sorority sisters, one with co-workers, and one with non-Greek friends from college. It gives me less worry about people feeling uncomfortable due to unfamiliar subjects in conversation etc. Are you similar to me or do you mix any group of friends in one big party? Do let me know because I am curious 😉

About my boujee vibe outfit, I am in love with this coat! It was a part of my X’mas present from my husband. It is so snuggly and warm. I have always wanted a color fur coat either in burgundy or in green to add some color in my outfit. I embellished this outfit with a pop of gold accessory (belt buckle, earrings, and hardware on my bag) and leopard bag. I do love an all-black outfit because it is slimming and chic, but I wanted to be a little bit different this time. When I saw these black boots, I was in love with the shape. I saw these boots around Black Friday, and the angle of the sole when it’s on the floor was slanted upwards. I cannot explain well in English, but when the sole is on the flat surface, my toes are not touching the surface. When I walk, it gives me kind of funny feelings, but I think the boots look very cool. I love the heavy metal colored studs on the boots all around as well. Even though my fur coat and leather pants are faux, I felt expensive in it. Lux look is all about the attitude. Check the outfit detail below!
