09 Jan 2020 resolutions
It has been already a week since 2020 started. I will be 27 this year and that is pretty scary number to me. I only have three years till thirsty thirty!! I am in different place compare to what I thought I would be doing in 26. I thought I already became a home owner but it hasn’t happened and I thought I wouldn’t be married until 30 but I am married (a lot of ppl including me are happily surprised). I learned that life often takes us to unexpected places. We have to learn how to deal with it positively and enjoy the detour in life sometime. However, it doesn’t mean that we cannot set goals that we want to achieve. Making goals and achieving them little by little gives me confident and control in my life. I want to share some goals I set for myself this year. I want to review this goal with you same time next year to see how much I have done.
- Drink 3 cups of water a day. (currently I drink max of 1 cup of water)
- Sweat 5 times a week. Participate in some exercise.
- Lose 8 kg (17.64 lb.)
- Go back to Japan and reunite with friends and family
- Go on honeymoon
- Buy less clothes
- Dress up more
- Be on time
- Learn Korean and be able to hold conversation with natives
- Save money for house
- Get promoted
- Host one party
- Go to bed at the reasonable time. Be a morning person.
